This page provides a breakdown of every DLC in Oblivion along with a list of everything that is added/removed from the 100% requirements by including it. Note that these are ordered by large questline DLC (SI, KN), then house DLC (FS, TD, VL, WT), and finally miscellaneous DLC (MR, OR, HA, ST).

Master Skills, Oblivion Gates Shut, Houses Owned, Skill Books Read, and Artifacts Found are all unchanged from their vanilla requirements, and all objectives from the vanilla list are still required except for Nirnroots Found being invalidated by the Vile Lair DLC.

Max Faction Ranks

Greater Powers

  • Ahjazda's Paranoia
  • Risen Flesh
  • Blessing of Mania / Blessing of Dementia
  • Summon Dark Seducer / Summon Golden Saint
  • Summon Flesh Atronach
  • Summon Golden Saint / Summon Dark Seducer
  • Manipulate Weather
Notes
  • It does not matter if you side with Mania or Dementia throughout the questline, as there is always a directly equivalent objective achieved by taking either side. For 100% requirements, we just group instances of these equivalent requirements together as a single objective to complete. These are noted in an "X / Y" format in the above sections.
  • The faction ranks leading up to Madgod can vary based on what side you take, but the max faction rank is always the same.
  • The Fringe map markers reset during Retaking the Fringe, resulting in four duplicate places to be rediscovered again that count as additional Places Found. These locations are Door to Cyrodiil, Gardens of Flesh and Bone, Passwall, and Xeddefen. These are noted in the above section as pre/post Fringe versions of each marker.
  • The Gates of Madness map marker is auto-discovered when you go through the gates for the first time, so it cannot be counted towards Places Found.
  • The post-Fringe version of the Door to Cyrodiil has an Ayleid ruin map marker that changes back to the landmark icon later in the main questline, so it is in its own section of the Places list.
  • The Gatekeeper Gifts are not permanent Greater Powers since they can be swapped repeatedly, so they are not required for 100%.
  • Nobody in the Shivering Isles is able to be invested in, nothing gives you Fame, there are no properties that counts towards Houses Owned, and none of the artifacts found in the Shivering Isles count towards Artifacts Found.
  • A Strange Door is the only location added to Cyrodiil by this DLC. The remaining 59 locations are all in the Shivering Isles map.

Knights of the Nine

Quests

Places

  • Fort Bulwark
  • Garlas Malatar
  • Priory of the Nine

Invests

  • Sergius Turrianus

  • The Sword of the Crusader (1)
  • Umaril the Unfeathered (1)

Max Faction Ranks

  • Knights of the Nine — Divine Crusader
  • Nine Divines — Pilgrim
Notes
  • Sergius Turrianus will not appear in the game if you complete the Wisdom of the Ages quest. You need to speak with Sir Thedret when you return to the Priory of the Nine after this quest to trigger spawning Sergius in the blacksmith area.
  • None of the relics acquired in this questline count towards the Artifacts Found statistic.

Fighter's Stronghold

Quests

Places

  • Battlehorn Castle

Invests

  • Niels
  • Nilphas Omellian
Notes
  • The Battlehorn Castle house that you earn by completing this quest does not increment the Houses Owned statistic.
  • Niels has nothing for sale but for some reason is able to be invested in.
  • The quest stages indicate you will have to make all the trophies for the castle, but simply buying all the house upgrades and the forge completes this quest.
  • The Greater Power associated with this house is not required since it is only active when standing near the forge.

Thieves Den

Quests

Invests

  • Dahlia Rackham
  • Khafiz
Notes
  • The location Dunbarrow Cove is auto-discovered when the quest starts and cannot be counted towards Places Found.
  • The Dunbarrow Cove house that you earn by completing this quest does not increment the Houses Owned statistic.
  • Jak Silver, Kovan Kren, Melliwin, and Tahm Blackwell are all merchants but cannot be invested in.

Vile Lair

Quests

Invests

  • Rowley Eardwulf

Nirnroots Found

  • This requirement is invalidated by this DLC, because there is an infinitely respawning Nirnroot on a desk in Deepscorn Hollow. This makes Nirnroots Found an infinite statistic when this DLC is enabled, therefore removing it from the requirements for DLC 100%.
Notes
  • The location Deepscorn Hollow is auto-discovered when the quest starts and cannot be counted towards Places Found.
  • The Deepscorn Hollow house that you earn by completing this quest does not increment the Houses Owned statistic.

Wizard's Tower

Quests

Notes
  • The location Frostcrag Spire is auto-discovered when the quest starts and cannot be counted towards Places Found.
  • The Frostcrag Spire house that you earn by completing this quest does not increment the Houses Owned statistic.

Mehrunes' Razor

Quests

Places

  • Sundercliff Watch

Orrery

Quests

Notes
  • There are Greater Powers rewarded for completing this DLC quest, but they are swappable and therefore not required due to being impermanent.

Horse Armor Pack

Quests

Horses Owned

  • Old Nag
Notes
  • The Old Nag is given to you if you say you do not have a horse when purchasing the horse armor.

Spell Tomes

This DLC adds nothing new to the 100% requirements.
