Potion Stacking is a glitch that allows you to drink more than 4 potions at once. This is debatably not a glitch, as it may potentially be an extremely unintuitive intended game mechanic.

Instructions

Skooma Stacking

Although this glitch is not specific to Skooma, it is the potion most commonly used in the 100% run, so steps specifically for that potion are listed here:

  1. Hotkey Skooma.
  2. Drink 4 Skooma from the hotkey.
  3. Open your inventory and drink 4 more Skooma.
  4. You now have double the intended maximum amount of Skooma active, resulting in extremely fast movement speed and a lot of carry weight.
Custom Potion Stacking

The following formula can be used to find the optimal sequence to maximize the amount of potions you can drink for any custom potion that has short duration negative effects:

  1. Hotkey a potion.
  2. Rapidly drink that potion using the hotkey until the pop-up appears saying that you cannot drink any more potions. Make note of how many potions you drank before the pop-up appeared.
  3. Wait for any negative potion effects on the player to end.
  4. Repeat step 2 and 3 until you get the pop-up with only positive effects active.
  5. You should now have a sequence of potions you were able to drink each time before the pop-up appeared. Replace the last batch with drinking 4 potions from your inventory instead of one from the hotkey.

Additional Notes

  • This glitch behaves different depending on the effects of the potion being consumed. See the mechanics section below for more details.
