Object Push Clipping is a glitch that allows you to clip through walls and objects due to the glitchy hitboxes of objects while the player has their sword out.
Instructions
- Take out your sword and move into a tight space between two walls/objects. Make sure you are in fight stance and not the running animation.
- Wiggle left and right to resist the repositioning as you move into the walls/objects.
- With enough luck, the game will reposition you on the other side of one of the walls/objects.
Additional Notes
- Trees, plants, and tight gaps seem to have the most potential for broken collision and clipping opportunities.
- There are no sequence breaks currently utilizing this type of clip, but a few random clipping spots have been found:
Mechanics
This glitch requires further research to fully understand its mechanics. Some information in this section is currently speculation.
Although unconfirmed, this glitch appears to work because of how drastically the game repositions the player when they run into walls (see Wall Boosting). By having your sword out, this is even more extreme and your hitbox seems to change, allowing for more potential to be repositioned past the wall you are running into.
