Moonwalking is a movement glitch that briefly allows the player to slide forward with the backwards walking animation, executing a buffered jump at the end of the slide. This slide moves uphill faster than normal running, although the effect is very short lived.

Instructions

1. Tap Backwards and then immediately press Forward + Jump.
2. If timed correctly, your character will slide forward while still performing the backwards walking animation, then automatically jump at the end of the slide.

Additional Notes

• This slide ignores slope physics, allowing for moving uphill at a faster speed very briefly.
• There are no known uses for this movement tech yet. It is a way to Walk Slide without having to turn on Walk Mode, which could potentially be useful at some point.
