1. Fast travel to Bruma East Gate and head to the Mages Guild at the north end of the raised middle section of buildings. Wait until 10am.
2. Talk to Jeanne Frasoric:

3. Talk to Volanaro and buy the Greater Dispel Other spells.
4. Equip Minor Life Detection and cast it, looking for an invisible NPC. He will likely be downstairs.
5. When you find him, equip and cast Greater Dispel Other on him.
6. Talk to J’skar.

7. Follow Quest Marker to talk to Jeanne Frasoric.

30			I have Jeanne's Manual of Spellcraft. I need to deliver it to Volanaro.
40			I need to meet Volanaro in the living quarters of the Bruma Mages Guild hall after 10 PM.
50			I need to tell Jeanne Frasoric that J'skar is visible again.
100	✔		Jeanne Frasoric has agreed to send a recommendation to Raminus Polus.
