The Stolen Flag glitch is where a non-stolen item can be flagged as stolen by placing it into a stolen container in a certain way.
Instructions
- Open a container that has a stolen icon.
- Without closing the inventory screen, place a non-stolen item in the cupboard, take it out, and put it back in.
- Close the container.
- Open the container and take the item out again. It is now marked as stolen.
Additional Notes
- This glitch is useful for Independent Thievery since a high value quest reward can be turned into a stolen item to fence the entire amount of gold needed at once.
