Reach level 17 and acquire a Bear Pelt from Sergius Verus in Three Brothers Trade Goods in the Market District.
Fast travel to Hircine’s Shrine, south of the Imperial City.
Activate the shrine.
Select “Offer Bear Pelt.” (20)
Wait for the cutscene to end. Fast travel to the Quest Marker to kill the Unicorn.
Take the Unicorn Horn off the Unicorn corpse. Kill the Minotaurs of the Grove around you. (30)
Fast travel to the Quest Marker to activate the shrine again. (✔ 100)

Currently there are no known bugs associated with this quest that affect the 100% route.

Route Logic Considerations

A wolf pelt or bear pelt may be offered for this quest. The Bear Pelt is more optimal since we need one anyway for Expelled from the Fighters Guild and can buy it from Sergius Verus at the same time that we buy the home furnishings for Buy a house in the Imperial City. The Minotaurs of the Grove are killed because they prevent you from fast traveling even if you have 100% Chameleon.
You can technically kill the Unicorn before starting the quest, but you have to fast travel to Hircine anyway to get near it so it doesn't save time.
Since a specific player level is required to start this quest, it is best done after the first instance of Power Leveling in the route logic.
Like most Daedric Shrine quests, there are unskippable cutscenes that we need to find a way to avoid.

10		Hircine's followers have told me that, in order to summon the Daedra, I must leave an offering of a wolf or bear pelt at the statue. [You must be level 17 to begin this quest.]
20		After I made the required offering, Hircine was summoned, and spoke to me. He told me that he desires the horn of a unicorn. I may be able to find a unicorn in the Harcane Grove.
30		I have killed the unicorn and retrieved its horn. I should return to the shrine of Hircine.
100	✔	Hircine was impressed with my skill in hunting the unicorn. He has rewarded me with the Savior's Hide.
