In Dro'shanji's House in Bravil between 11pm and 1am, cast a spell to boost Security to 70+ and immediately talk to Dro'shanji.

Fast travel to the Imperial City Prison and kill J'Baana in the back outdoor area of the prison. (✔ 200)

Currently there are no known bugs associated with this quest that affect the 100% route.

Route Logic Considerations

The Wolf Queen, v 1 [Security] skill book is on a shelf upstairs in Dro'shanji's House.
Scheduled for Execution, Taking Care of Lex, and Imperial Dragon Armor are the only other quests where you need to visit the Prison, so J'Baana should be killed while you are here for one of those quests.
Killing J'Baana will start the Cast out of the Thieves Guild quest.
Like all the Master Training quests, the actual Master Trainer needs to be alive prior to starting the quest in order to be able to complete it.
Dro'shanji in Bravil and Mandil in the Elven Gardens District can both start this quest. Mandil has extremely bad scheduling issues that make her hard to consistently find, so although she overlaps with Thieves Guild route logic, she is less ideal than talking to Dro'shanji while getting a skill book from this house. We may want to analyze her schedule further and see if we can solve it since it would be cleaner route logic than going out of our way to wait for Dro'shanji.
