Escort Martin to Weynon Priory and search for the Amulet of Kings then travel with him and Jauffre to Cloud Ruler Temple.

Keep in mind that these optimized steps are within the context of the 100% speedrun route, meaning that certain items and setups are sometimes assumed to have already been performed prior to the start of the quest.
- Load Warp into the Weynon House in Weynon Priory.
- Head east up the stairs and look in the empty chest. The quest will not update.
- Leave the building and head SE to kill the Mythic Dawn Agents in the chapel. (10)
- Talk to Jauffre.
- ↳ Advance predetermined dialogue. (20) (30)
- Leave the Chapel and kill any Mythic Dawn Agents that are outside.
- Make sure Jauffre spawned outside, then fast travel to the Quest Marker. Run towards the gate and try to open it repeatedly. The gate will open after a few seconds.
- At this point, a very long cutscene is happening. Complete the Clavicus Vile quest while the cutscene plays out.
- The cutscene should now be over. Fast travel to the Quest Marker for this quest to talk to Martin.
- ↳ Advance predetermined dialogue. (50) (✔ 100)
Bugs
- Getting Martin and Jauffre to both spawn at Cloud Ruler Temple when you fast travel there can be inconsistent. Killing all of the Mythic Dawn agents outside just before traveling seems to work almost every time.
Route Logic Considerations
- Discover the Cloud Ruler Temple map marker before starting this quest. The map marker will be automatically discovered without incrementing the Places Found statistic if you didn't already find it earlier, preventing 100% completion.
- The Clavicus Vile quest is one of the only Daedric Shrine quests we can complete this early in the route and also has no cutscenes due to a sequence break. Since we need a Daedric Artifact anyway for Blood of the Daedra, this is the ideal quest to perform while waiting for Martin's speech to end.
